does anyone know why the irs refund status says still processing will provide a date when available for 2013 refunds

How often does the irs update the "where's my refund" status of, Today would be 72 hours. turbotax stated they have accepted my return but i would like confirmation on the jan 29 date that turbotax stated my refund would.
What day of the week does the irs deposit refunds in 2012? - it, It says on `where`s my refund` the 25th of january which is a wednesday today actually.

Why is my federal refund being under review? - my taxes were, It says that my refund will be mailed by 02/25/2013 does that mean that is the date i will get the check in the mail, or the day the check will be mai?.
